ResumeBear, Inc is committed to providing outstanding customer service and support to all of our clients.  Within the first 30 days of using our service, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply forward your e-mailed receipt(s) to service@resumebear.com, request a refund, and your account will be credited in full, no questions asked. To avoid abuse, should you elect to purchase our service in the future, after having obtained a refund, our Customer Service Department may, at their discretion, disallow further product or service purchases. Please note that a credit on your credit card statement will appear under “ResumeBear”. Terms of Service

All services provided by ResumeBear, Inc. may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ResumeBear, Inc. from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other parties.

Subscribers are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of ResumeBear, Inc’s services, any material that is, in ResumeBear, Inc’s sole discretion, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or that encourages conduct which would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.

Pornography and sex-related merchandising and messages are prohibited. ResumeBear, Inc. will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

ResumeBear, Inc. exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through ResumeBear.com. services. All emails generated by subscribers are held strictly confidential. The recipient information is never released to any other parties for any purpose. The recipient information is only used to deliver the messages designated by the subscriber.

All ResumeBear.com subscriber account information is held in strict confidence. We do not sell or share our subscriber list with any entity.  Subscriber information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information is collected for the purpose of providing services described on the ResumeBear.com website.

The subscriber authorizes ResumeBear, Inc to charge the credit card listed on the subscription form for those charges for ResumeBear, Inc services that may accrue from month to month, or for any past-due balances, in order to bring the account to current status. Credit card payments will be billed and charged automatically, and ResumeBear, Inc may charge the amount due to the provided credit card account at any time.

Accounts unpaid 20 days after date of invoice will be deleted. All files, information and mail under the account will be preserved for 20 days from the date the payment is due. If the payment is not received before 20 days, all files, information and mail under the account will be deleted. If the subscriber wishes to use the service again, the subscriber must re-apply as a new subscriber.

The subscriber agrees that the company has the right to delete all data, files or other information that is stored in the subscriber's account if the subscriber's account with the company is terminated, for any reason, by either ResumeBear, Inc. or the subscriber.
 
ResumeBear, Inc. shall have the right to suspend service to the subscriber at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

ResumeBear, Inc. reserves the right to change the subscription rate, or offer additional account options and pricing, at any time.

Service provided by ResumeBear, Inc. may be cancelled at any time by stopping the subscription payments.

ResumeBear, Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. ResumeBear, Inc. also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

ResumeBear, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage suffered. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by ResumeBear, Inc’s negligence or the subscriber's errors or omissions. Use of any information obtained via ResumeBear.com is at your own risk.  ResumeBear, Inc. specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.
LIMITED LIABILITY. ANY LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED OR ALLEGEDLY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORDS, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTUOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE SUBSCRIBER TO THE COMPANY FOR THE CURRENT MONTH. 

Trademarks and Copyrights

ResumeBear, Inc. will not allow the use of its trade names, trademarks, designs, or symbols by any person, including ResumeBear users and Resellers, without its prior, written permission. Resellers and users may not produce for sale or distribution any recorded Company events, text, audios or other material without written permission from ResumeBear, Inc., nor may Resellers or users reproduce for sale or for personal use any recording of Company-produced audio or video presentations.

The name of ResumeBear, MyResumeBear, and other names as may be adopted by ResumeBear, Inc. are proprietary trade names, trademarks and service marks of ResumeBear, Inc. Use of the ResumeBear or MyResumeBear name on any item not produced by the Company is prohibited.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.

Should any provision of this agreement be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby unless otherwise stated.  

If a ResumeBear, Inc. account is reported or caught violating these terms of service it will be immediately terminated. The customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any data in the terminated account.

Use of ResumeBear, Inc. service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
